WORKING PROCESS
FREE CONSULTATION
The first step in the construction process is a free consultation where Jacob Neathawk, owner of Neathawk Building Company, will discuss the project with the homeowners before putting together an estimate with total costs and time to complete.
DESIGN & PERMITTING
Once the estimate has been approved, we’ll begin navigating the permitting process to ensure that all construction documents are accounted for and everything is done to meet code requirements. During this time, we’ll present detailed design plans and begin the pre-construction process and put together a final timeline for the construction.
COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION
We’ll execute the plan and work closely with the homeowners throughout the process to make sure their goals and requirements are being met along the way. Because of the frequent updates provided along the way of how the project is going, any changes to the construction timeline, total costs and implementation will be cleared and approved by the homeowners.
